We are about 98% in stock, allowing most orders to be shipped immediately. With some e-commerce stores, your order may trigger a separate order to get the goods in from a supplier to be able to fill your order, taking a week or more before your item even ships. That's not the case here. We have a huge inventory so, when we receive your order before 5 PM Central Time Monday through Friday, we can almost always ship it the same day from our warehouse. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, unworn, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Our refund policy is listed under the "Customer Service" tab above.

In the USA, shipping charges start under $3.50 for a single item ($4.50 for a heavier item, such as a vest or winter scarf) shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you are ordering 10 to 100 items, UPS Ground is most often the best choice with the charge averaging $8 to $15, depending on your location. It is difficult to provide an estimate of international shipping charges because it varies so much by country, package and level of service. However, to determine your shipping charges (for domestic or international shipping), enter your order and proceed to your cart to checkout. Your shipping charges will be shown during checkout after you enter your address but before you enter any payment information (you will be under no obligation to complete the order). You will be able to see all the shipping options and what each costs. In most cases, you can choose between UPS and USPS as the carrier. For orders shipped outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges, brokerage fees or taxes that may be imposed by the carrier or your local government.

UPS operates on a Monday through Friday schedule (next day orders shipped on Friday arrive on Monday). Saturday delivery is possible, but at a much higher cost. If you need a Saturday delivery, please call us at 866-865-8901 for a quote. UPS Ground is affordable and reliable and allows you to track the progress of your package online. If you choose UPS Ground as your shipping choice, the map below shows the number of days your order will be in transit.
